Do you absorb the emotional and physical energies of those around you? When you watch the news, does it affect your mood and energy levels? Does it cause you anxiety or sadness? If you said yes, yes, and heck yes, keep reading.
Particularly, at the time of this writing amid COVID-19, the news is a flood of negativity, fear, and uncertainty. Personally, I’d drown in it if I allowed myself to– but I don’t, or at least, I do my best.
As a natural born empath, I’m very careful about what I ingest– food, thoughts, feelings, you name it. Pollution is all around us. And as such, we have to be super mindful.
So, what’s the Merkabah have to do with any of this?
Well, there’s an angel who can help you. In fact, there are many angels. But for now, we’ll focus on Archangel Metratron. His energy can help clear away any lower energies you unconsciously absorb.
Allow me to share a brief history. He’s one of two archangels that walked on Earth as human men (the other is Sandalphon). That’s why his name doesn’t end in the suffix -el, which means, “of God.”
Metatron was the prophet and scribe, Enoch, who ascended after his exemplary life on Earth. According to the Talmud, the Zohar, and the Book of Enoch, he’s referred to as the scribe sitting next to God.
He’s associated with the Merkabah, which is described in the Torah’s Ezekiel as the chariot of God. The chariot itself is made of angels who power it. Mystical. Heavenly. Mighty.
In the Book of Enoch, Metatron is given control over the Merkabah. And today, Metatron and the Merkabah are associated with Sacred Geometry. The Merkabah, which represents the basis of all physical matter, is called “Metatron’s Cube” or the “Flower of Life.”
Okay, enough history. This is where Metatron can help you in your daily life.
Metatron utilizes the Merkabah cube for clearing away lower energies and healing. The cube spins clockwise to push away any unwanted energetic residue and debris.
You can call upon Metatron and his “cube” to clear you. You can visualize him, his aura and cube, as deep pink and dark green like a watermelon tourmaline crystal. Pink and green are associated with the heart chakra. I colored the visual of Metratron’s Cube below to help you.
This Chakra Clearing Technique is also a wonderful way to build your clairvoyance. Seeing the cube spin is an excellent strategy to promote your visualization skills and third eye.
MERKABAH CHAKRA CLEARING TECHNIQUE:
1) Say: “Dear Source/ Creator/ God and Metatron, please use your cube to clear away what no longer serves me and realign my energy with the highest vibrations of Peace, Love, and Light.”
2) Then, in your mind’s eye, starting at your crown chakra at the top of your head, see his cube spinning clockwise. Visualize it clearing away any gunk and debris and realigning your energy.
3) From there, continue to see it spinning clockwise down your spine. Again, clearing away any gunk and debris and realigning your energy with the most positive light.
This technique can be used anytime. Especially after dealing with those energy vampires that like to attach themselves like leeches, or after listening to the news.
Keeping your mental, emotional, and spiritual states healthy is just as crucial as your physical body. Realigning your energies to the highest vibrations is now more important than ever!
